LFG series vertical disc continuous dryer is a conductive continuous drying equipment. Its structure and working principle determine that it has characteristics such as high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, small floor space, simple configuration, convenient operation and control, and good operating environment.
This disc drying equipment can be divided into three types: atmospheric pressure, sealed, and vacuum;
Four specifications: 1200, 1500, 2200, and 3000;
Three material options: A (carbon steel), B (stainless steel in contact with materials), and C (on the basis of B, adding stainless steel steam pipelines, main shaft and bracket made of stainless steel, with stainless steel lining inside the cylinder and top cover).
The drying area ranges from 4 to 180 m², with hundreds of models available, and auxiliary equipment can also be provided to meet customers' needs for drying various materials.
By adding auxiliary equipment such as fin heaters, solvent recovery condensers, bag dust collectors, dry material return mixing structure, and induced draft fans, its drying capacity can be increased, making it suitable for drying paste-like and thermally sensitive materials, and enabling convenient recovery of solvents, as well as thermal decomposition and reaction operations.

Application
LFG series vertical disc continuous dryer can indirectly heat or cool paste, granular, powdered, slury materials, and can complete unit operations such as drying, cooling, heating, sterilization, reaction, low-temperature combustion, etc.

1.Heating Jacket
Each layer of the drying tray can be separately filled with hot or cold medium to heat or cool the material, and the temperature control of the material is accurate and easy.
2.Internal Structure
