Powder Filling Machine

This machine is mainly developed and designed for ultra-fine powder that is easy to raise dust and high-precision packaging requirements. It completes two-speed filling, metering and lifting according to the signal given by the weight sensor installed under the container. It is suitable for packaging additives, carbon, etc. Powder, fire extinguisher dry powder, other ultra-fine powder, and powder with high-precision packaging requirements.

1.Main features

Pneumatic bag clamping device and bracket are installed on the weight sensor, fast and slow filling according to the preset weight, and the weighing system with high response speed ensures high packaging accuracy;

l The servo motor drives the tray to lift, the lifting speed can be set arbitrarily, and basically no dust is blown out to pollute the environment during filling;

l Servo motor and servo drive control screw, stable performance and high precision;

l PLC control, touch screen man-machine interface display, easy to operate;

l All stainless steel structure; combined or open material box, easy to clean;

l The filling head is equipped with a hand wheel to adjust the height, which can easily realize the packaging of various specifications;

l The fixed screw installation structure will not affect the material properties when filling;

l Workflow: manual bagging or manual canning → container raising → fast filling, while the container is falling → the weight reaches the predetermined value → slow filling → the weight reaches the target value → manually take out the container;

l Pneumatic bag clamping device and can supporting device are available, just choose different devices to meet the requirements of canning and bagging;

l Two working modes can be switched, quantitative type or real-time weighing type. Quantitative type is fast but less accurate. Real-time weighing type has high precision but slower speed.
