WORKING PRINCIPLE
DPB-150 flat-plate blister packaging machine adopts servo motor traction drive to realize stable and synchronous feeding of packaging materials. Equipped with PLC control system and stepless frequency conversion adjustment, the machine automatically completes the whole packaging process including blister forming, material filling, heat sealing, embossing, batch number printing and scrap collecting and cutting.
To avoid material damage, the heating molds will automatically separate when the machine stops. The built-in waste removing device automatically cleans excess edge materials during operation, realizing continuous, stable and one-stop blister packaging production.
