JTJ-IP capsule filling machine is a new filling machine with novel structure and beautiful appearance. It adopts electrical and pneumatic control, equipped with automatic electronic counting and computer-controlled speed control device, which can position, separate and lock capsules, replace manual filling of capsules, reduce labor intensity, improve production efficiency, and accurately fill the capsules in accordance with pharmaceutical hygiene standards.
The machine consists of capsule feeding, turning and separating mechanism, material filling mechanism, locking device, electronic speed control mechanism, electrical control system, protection device and vacuum pump, air pump and other accessories. It has accurate filling dosage and is easy to operate. The machine body and work surface are made of stainless steel.
