YPZG series pressure spray dryer efficiently combines drying and granulation in one unit. It pressurizes liquid material through a diaphragm pump and atomizes it into fine droplets, which are then mixed with hot air, allowing for rapid moisture evaporation-up to 95-98% within seconds. This makes it ideal for heat-sensitive materials. The dried particles are collected from the bottom, while exhaust air passes through a cyclone separator with an optional secondary dust removal system, ensuring a recovery rate of 96-98%. The system produces uniform spherical granules with excellent flowability, solubility, and purity. Its adaptable design supports both hot air drying and cold air granulation, making it suitable for various industries. Operation is simple, stable, and easily automated.
