1.Adopt fully enclosed turntable design. The upper mold adopts double shafts for circular up and down movement, and silicone seals to reduce the powder entering into the turntable; the lower mold adopts double shafts for circular movement in and out, and is equipped with a silicone sealing ring, which reduces the powder condition due to the back and forth expansion of the moving shaft, and is stable and high precision; The two shafts are made of glands, which are convenient to disassemble and assemble, and are easy to clean. It is not necessary to open the turntable to replace the sealing ring, which avoids the cumbersome drawbacks of disassembling and reinstalling the turntable.

2. Improve the transmission cams of all stations, use high-quality steel to make the inner grooved wheel transmission, eliminate the shortcomings of spring tension and easy fatigue and fracture, and is resistant to wear and stable operation.

3.The newly-designed mechanical transmission part uses an "inner cam" to replace the traditional "work rod" filling transmission mechanism to increase the filling force and make the machine run more quietly and smoothly.
