WORKING PRINCIPLE
When the high-efficiency boiling dryer operates, the purified air is heated first and then introduced from the bottom by the induced draft fan, passing through the sieve plate. Inside the working chamber, fluidization (or boiling) of materials is formed through the combined action of stirring and negative pressure. Under this condition, the moisture in the materials evaporates rapidly and is discharged in a timely manner, enabling the materials to be dried at a fast speed.
