WORKING PRINCIPLE
The ZH-120 operates via PLC and man-machine system, allowing easy parameter setting (e.g., blister quantity) on the touch screen. It automatically completes the full cartoning process: feeding, leaflet folding & feeding, carton forming, product & leaflet inserting, batch number printing, and carton sealing. Equipped with a photoelectric monitoring system, it detects abnormalities (e.g., lack of materials/leaflets, overload) and responds automatically (stopping, alarming, rejecting unqualified products). It runs stably at high speed with automatic finished product output and counting.
