2.TMC labeling machine
Application:
This machine is widely used in food, pharmaceuticals, refined, stationery, electronics and other industries. It is suitable for hard standing product with small diameter labeling. Such as: oral bottles, ampoules, vials needle, batteries, ham, sausage, tubes, pens and the like.

Label Speed:
It is 1ml vial, the fastest speed is about 110bottle/min. Because the label is too small, if speed is too fast, then it will cause unsuccessful situation, such as miss label, or two labels stick together, etc, so usually for 1ml vial, it adopts the method of empty one and label one, to avoid the previous said situation happen.
Take diameter 22mm product as standard, the label speed is about 150-180bottle/min (the speed is adjustable, according to bottle outer diameter size and the label length and the operator's skill.
