Automatic Granule Rotary Packing Machine Premade Bag Packing Machine (GLG-300)
Application:
1.Easy to operate, adopt advanced PLC controller, mate with touch screen and electric control system, the man-machine interface is friendly.
2.The machine is equipped with frequency control system and the speed is adjustable in a range.
3.Automatic checking: no pouch or pouch open error, no fill, no seal. the bag can be used again, avoid wasting packing materials and raw materials.
4.The temperature could be adjusted with PLC control touch screen according to different packing bags.
5.The machine could be protected well when it stops with parking brake function.
6.Low consumption of the packing material. The machine is advanced with perfect sealing and leaving complete prints with pre-made bags.
7.The measuring machine could be added based on the packing material(such as automatic screw filling machine, intelligent combined weigher, liquid filling machine). The machine also accepts manual feeding.
8.The machine is environmental and maintenance-free by adopting imported plastic bearings.
9.It conform to hygienic standards of food processing industry. The contact parts are made of stainless steel or other materials which suits the hygienic standards to ensure the hygienic security.
10. It is suitable for a broad range packing materials, suit for multi-layer compound, monolayer PE , PP and so on Preformed bag made by film and paper.
