The LG dry granulation machine is a technologically advanced, economical, and environmentally friendly product meticulously developed by our company. It occupies little space, is energy-efficient and environmentally friendly, and is easy to disassemble and clean, making it an ideal production equipment for large-scale granulation. According to the material conveying method, dry granulation machines can be divided into two types: vertical conveying and horizontal conveying.

WORKING PRINCIPLE:
Dry granulation machines directly process materials from powder to granules without intermediate processes (e.g., adding water, stirring, mixing, drying). Our company's LG Series Dry Granulator adopts the horizontal conveying type (technologically advanced, stable performance, high granulation rate), using direct dry extrusion granulation with raw materials' own crystal water and no liquid binders. Mixed materials are fed via an elevator, conveyed to hydraulic pressure wheels to form slices, then crushed and processed into required granules through a two-stage system to finish granulation.

A: The basic maintenance cycle is 3 months for daily inspection (such as screw and roller wear) and 6 months for comprehensive maintenance (including hydraulic system debugging and electrical component inspection), which can be adjusted according to the daily operation hours and material characteristics.

Q: Can the LG Series Dry Granulator handle materials with high moisture content?
A: It is not recommended. The machine adopts dry extrusion granulation, and the ideal moisture content of raw materials is 3%-8% (depending on material type); excessive moisture will affect granule forming and may cause roller caking.

Q: Is the granule size produced by the machine adjustable, and what is the adjustable range?
A: Yes, the granule size can be flexibly adjusted by replacing different specifications of screen meshes in the two-stage granulation system.

Q: Does the equipment need special installation conditions?
A: It only requires a flat and solid concrete foundation (bearing capacity ≥ 1.2 times the equipment weight), and the surrounding area should be reserved with at least 50cm of operation space for maintenance and material feeding/discharging; no special temperature or humidity requirements except few special materials.

Q: Can the machine be customized according to the specific granule shape requirements?
A: Yes, by replacing the roller pattern (beyond the three standard types) and adjusting the granulation system structure, it can meet the customization needs of special granule shapes (such as cylindrical, irregular granular), which needs to be specified when ordering.
