WORKING PRINCIPLE
1.The equipment adopts a fully enclosed vessel structure with a full-length porous conveying surface. Hot air penetrates upward through the porous plate to fully contact materials, forming a stable fluidized state.
2.Driven by vibration motor, the materials move forward gently in a fluidized layer under continuous vibration, realizing even heating, sufficient heat exchange, drying, cooling and moisture conditioning.
3.Uniform airflow distribution ensures full contact between air and particle surfaces. Materials are transported in first-in-first-out mode with mild handling, greatly reducing material damage and degradation.
