HDK Automatic Powder Sachet Packing Machine offers a versatile solution for a range of powder substances. This machine is tailored for efficiently packaging items like mono sodium, sugar, coffee, milk, pepper powder,  desiccating agents, and more. Its key features include the automation of bag-making, measuring, material filling, sealing, counting, and code printing processes.
The machine can be equipped with a photoelectric and tracing system or a PLC system based on specific requirements. The PLC system enhances accuracy by precisely tracing, determining bag length, indicating packing quantity and speed, through user-friendly controls.
Additionally, it facilitates automatic printing of 1-3 line codes and shelf life details using a color belt code printer.
The machine is compatible with various packaging materials such as PT/PE, PET/PE, PET/AL Plating/PE, BOPP/PE, and other heat-sealable compound materials, ensuring a reliable and efficient packaging process for powdered substances.
