WORKING PRINCIPLE
The YK Oscillating Granulator uses mechanical transmission to drive its single or double seven-edged rotor for 360° horizontal oscillation. A semicircular screen is mounted at the rotor bottom. Materials fed via the top hopper fall onto the rotor, where oscillating bars and rotor sharp edges crush and size-reduce particles. Processed materials pass through the screen and discharge from the bottom. It forms granules from damp powders via cylindrical oscillation and crushes agglomerated dry raw materials.
