I. Applications:

The Pg-69 Fully Automatic Pharmaceutical High Output Rotary Tablet Press is equipment of the first choice for tablet production. Selecting punches and dies with different specifications, Tablets in circular shape, abnormal shapes, with printed patterns and characters can be pressed. Design of GMP .

The PG High Speed Rotary Tablet Press Machine adopt a new braced structure, having strong carrying capacity, which are more suitable for pressing the herbal tablets and special-shaped tablets. Using a man-machine interface (color touch screen)as the operation panel, the electric control system of it has integrated multi-functions like the operating keys, signal indication led, data display and parameter setting into an organic whole, which is easy for the operators to control the machine in a correct way. Foil gauge is used to measure the pressing force, in order to control the tablet weight.

Adopt precise screw rod continuous slant supporting framework, precisely control feeding cam, which can control 7-11 punches & die, weight difference between ±2%. Adopt non-handwheel operation system, originated first in China, accurate, easy and quick operation.
